Our logistics partner is GLS (www.gls-group.eu) Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours once payment has been received. You will be emailed a tracking number where you can follow your shipment. Once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number please take it upon yourself to follow your order. Should you have any problems please call the shipping company first. It will be much faster if you talk to them directly. Only in extreme circumstances can we get involved. Returns & ExchangesYou can return any item purchased at merxmarx.com for a preiod of 30 days after purchase. Please be sure your package is trackable. We cannot assume any responsabilty for returned packages with no proff of delivery. Once your returned item has been accepted, you have three options: 1. a full order refund minus a 15% restocking fee 2. transferable store credit useable for 1 calendar year or 3. exchange for another item. - Items should be returned undamaged with original tags intact and in the exact condition as you received it.- We can only accept returns of items in original and saleable condition. Worn or used items will not be accepted.- Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted, customer will have to pay to have it returned in condition received.- Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product.PaymentAll orders placed on our website must be paid in advance.
