Q.     What happens if I place an order but I changed my mind?

A.      You can cancel your order anytime before receiving your shipment tracking number. But be quick because we ship the same day or next day.

Q.     Can I pay for my order via COD?

A.      Unfortunatelly not.

Q.     Is it safe to provide my credit card to you?

A.      Yes. We never see your credit card or any of your financial information. Only our bank that processes your order has your data. All we know is what you ordered and where we have to ship it.

Q.     What if I want to return my order?

A.      You can return your order anytime within 30 days as long as it is in identical condition as received. Just send it back to the address that was on your package with a brief note so we know who it is from.

Q.     Refund, exchanges or store credit?

A.      Not happy with your product, we will be happy to refund your order cost minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee as long as the product is in same condition as received. Want a different size or model, we can also exchange it.  Simply place a new order and send the old order back to us.  Once we receive your package we will issue a full product refund. Don't see anything you want, we will also be happy to provide you with a store coupon code for the amout of your refund useable anytime for 1 full year.

Q.     How long does it take to get my refund?

A.      As soon as your product is back in our main warehouse fully inspected we will issue your credit immediately. Once issued, it takes around 5 business days to appear on your card/bank account.

Q.     Are the products original?

A.      Of course! The products come directly from the manufacturer.

Q.     What product guaranty do I have.

A.     You have 30 days to inspect and return anything purchased from us in the same identical condition as you received it. Anything used, worn or missing the original product labels or boxes can no longer be returned to us.
